Located in Jacksonville, Florida, my wife and I began showing
in Premiership in 2006.
We purchased our three Himalayan kittens from EmisHimi in Charleston, SC. Thinking that our Seal-Point male was a
really nice cat, I decided to enter the Abysinnian Cat Club show in
Jacksonville, FL. Emmie provided me with so much information from grooming
to presentation to allow me to have a good show. As it turned out, I had a
knack for grooming and presentation and
Captain Han "Flyboy" Solo went on to
become a Grand Premier along with his two sisters,
Princess Leia Organa and
Queen Padme Amidala. I continued to show "Flyboy" during the 2006 - 2007
show season where he finished 9th nationally and 5th in the Atlantic Himalayan
Club. We were hooked!
We registered our cattery in June 2006. We obtained a flame-point male Himalayan, Indiana Jones, from EmisHimi and a tortie-point female, Marion Ravenwood, from Grovewood Cattery and began our breeding program. Our primary focus is to produce well socialized Himalayans and Persians with sweet - open expression, deep eye color, flowing coats and heavy boning.
We would like to thank Emmie Curelett of EmisHimi for all of her help in getting us started and for being a wonderful mentor and friend, without which we would not be where we are today. We would also like to say thank you to Danielle Griggs of Grovewood Cattery for providing us with Marion to help us get started in our breeding program.
We hope you enjoy browsing through the cattery.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding our cats or kittens.
